Music video clipping · Reels · TikTok · Shorts

Give your best moments more ways to be discovered.

Clipping turns your existing music videos, performances, studio sessions and artist stories into short videos built around a strong opening and a reason to keep watching.

01 · Choose the source

A live hook, a studio moment, a lyric story or a music-video scene. Start with footage you have permission to use.

02 · Shape the clip

Choose the moment, edit the opening, add captions and adapt framing. Alternate hooks are counted separately from original edits.

03 · Publish & learn

Approve the edit, publish on the agreed channels, then review watch behaviour, saves, shares and tracked artist-profile actions.

Your channels

Artist content editing

Edits made for your TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Your scope states who supplies footage, approves edits and publishes.

Selected third-party channels

Creator & editor distribution

Relevant accounts can be contracted to make or publish clips. Account selection, fees, disclosure, usage rights and publication links are agreed separately.

What belongs in your clipping scope?
  • Priority tracks and source-footage allowance
  • Original edit count and alternate-hook count
  • Video length, captions and platform formats
  • Delivery batches and revision rounds
  • Approval deadlines and publishing owner
  • Creator fees, rights, media and filming costs

Paid distribution is identified in reporting. We do not use bots, purchased engagement or staged fandom. Audience response and virality cannot be guaranteed.

Real fan growth

Look for repeat listening, meaningful interaction, sign-ups and people returning. Read platform totals alongside the actions behind them.

FAQ

Artist development: your questions

What is an artist development program?

Artist development connects music direction, identity, content, release planning and audience growth over time. MPT starts with your current stage and agrees the work, owners and budget in a written scope.

How much does monthly artist development cost?

The current programme starts at $5,000 per month for an initial three months: $15,000 in agency fees. Media, creator fees, filming and other third-party costs are identified as included or additional in the proposal. Renewal and cancellation terms are set out before you start.

Can I enquire with a smaller monthly budget?

Yes. Share your total available budget and how long you can sustain it. MPT will review whether a narrower scope is appropriate. A lower-priced monthly tier is not automatically available.

Does the plan include A&R feedback and music video clipping?

These can be part of your agreed scope. A&R work sets music priorities and feedback actions. Clipping specifies source footage, original edits, variants, captions, revisions, approval deadlines and who publishes. Creator distribution and rights are costed explicitly.

How will I know if my fanbase is growing?

Reports review delivered work alongside watch behaviour, saves, shares, tracked clicks, returning listeners and opt-ins where available. Paid and organic activity are shown separately, with sources and attribution limits. Views alone do not establish a fanbase.

Can MPT get me on pop radio or iHeart stations?

MPT can assess your song, format, markets, assets and budget before recommending radio activity. Stations control programming; an engagement does not guarantee airplay or an iHeart placement.

Is MPT Agency an artist manager?

Not through this service. Responsibilities are limited to the written development scope.

Does MPT Agency guarantee a label deal?

No. MPT Agency can improve readiness and presentation; labels make their own decisions.

Can an artist stay independent?

Yes. Label readiness also improves the artist's ability to evaluate alternatives and build a stronger independent operation.

Build your next chapter

Tell us the artist, the ambition and the real budget.

Request a development review. Whether you’re the artist, manager or person funding the next chapter, we’ll start with your music and what you can sustain.

  1. 01Share your artist and priorities
  2. 02MPT reviews the fit and contacts you
  3. 03Discuss the plan on a development call
  4. 04Receive a written scope before onboarding
