How many markets can run at once?+
Typically two to four. More markets means more budget and a longer runway.
Which markets do you recommend?+
Whichever the existing audience data supports — the recommendation comes out of the campaign review.
Are local partner costs included?+
No. Local partner, media and travel costs are itemized separately.
How long does it run?+
Duration is custom and set by market count and objective.
Is translation included?+
Core campaign localization is included; full content production per market is scoped separately.
What do the 10M+ and 200M+ reach figures mean?+
They are planning targets for a suitably scoped campaign, not historical case-study results or guaranteed delivery. The Times Square media plan must validate a 10M+ impression forecast against the selected screens, flight and frequency. The 200M+ figure describes potential cross-channel audience reach, not streams, views or unique fans. We separate forecasts from delivered results and explain audience overlap in reporting.
Do you pitch and secure media opportunities, or only prepare a press kit?+
We actively research opportunities, pitch targeted contacts, follow up and work to secure relevant coverage and appearances. The outreach plan can cover several dozen targets across podcasts, radio, interviews, reviews, magazines and cover-story consideration. Confirmed opportunities are scheduled and supported by the team. Media outlets retain editorial control, so pitches and contact access are not guaranteed placements.
Does 100,000+ mean creators or content pieces?+
It refers to targeted clips and UGC content pieces in the large-scale activation, not 100,000 individual creators. Before launch, your written scope defines the delivery volume, schedule, formats, markets and usage rights. It also distinguishes original content, edits and reposts so the delivery count is clear.
Can this campaign promote both a song and a music video?+
Yes. We build the audience journey around the priority song, video or both, with destination links, creative, creator briefs and reporting matched to the release. Streaming results, video views and social engagement are tracked separately rather than combined into one misleading number.
How do brand collaborations and sync licensing work?+
We identify relevant brand and music-supervision contacts, prepare a rights-ready pitch and pursue commercial opportunities for the music. Each opportunity needs buyer approval and clearance of the master and publishing rights. Usage, term, territory, fees and any representation or commission are agreed separately; a license or income is not guaranteed.
How will our team know what is being delivered?+
Your assigned account manager provides weekly updates and consolidated reporting through the client portal. Reports distinguish planned activity, completed work, confirmed bookings and measured results, with relevant links and approved spend. We explain what each platform or media vendor can measure and identify any reporting limitations.
