Acceptance policy: Please note that after a campaign is booked, our curated A&R team reviews your music submission. We put thought into every campaign we sign and we hand pick only the most suitable and the best talent.

If for any reason your music release is a not a good fit for our agency, there is a full refund usually within a day sometimes less. Thank you for your understanding and your patience.

If your submission is approved, please start preparing your artist profile links, bio, photos and other files that may be important for the campaign promotion.

ELIGIBILITY: 

The offers are globally available. MPT Agency serves clients across the globe from America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania. Offers are sold to artists of at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority or older at the time of entry (nineteen (19) years of age in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one (21) years old in Mississippi), in currently reside in their respective states of permanent residence at the time of entry (individually and Entrant and collectively the “Entrants”).

INFLUENCERS: 

The “Influencer” is the celebrity(ies) on Instagram that helps promote client release material. An “influencer” is an account on social media, streaming or any Web 2.0 with a large reach and follower base that we leverage to promote new client release during promotion campaigns.

MUTUAL COOPERATION:

We agree to use our best efforts to fulill and exceed your expectation on the deliverables listed in the description of the offer page. You agree to aid us in doing so by making available to us any and all needed information pertaining to your product and to cooperate with us in expediting the work.

CANCELLATION: 

You have the right to cancel or stop any and all plans or work in process. However, you agree to reimburse us for all costs and expenses we incurred prior to your change in instructions, and which relate to non-cancelable commitments, and to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless for any liability relating to such action. We agree to use our best efforts to minimize such costs and expenses.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

MusicPromoToday Responsibilities

We shall obtain releases, licenses, permits, and/or other authorization to use testimonials, copyrighted materials, photographs, artwork, or any other property or right belonging to third parties obtained by us for use in performing services for you (if applicable).

Client Responsibility

You guarantee that all elements of text, images, or other artwork you provide are either owned by yourselves, or that you have permission to use them. You’ll own the visual assets that we create for this project. We’ll give you sources files and final source files and you should keep them somewhere safe as we’re not required to keep a copy. You own all elements of text, images, and date you provided.

Client Responsibility for Accuracy

You shall be responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and propriety of information concerning your music and your career which you furnish to us verbally or in writing in connection with performance of this agreement.

CONFIDENTIALITY: 

MusicPromoToday acknowledges its responsibility, both during and after the term of its appointment, to use all reasonable efforts to preserve the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information or data developed by MusicPromoToday on behalf of the client.

AGREEMENT: 

Except as otherwise set forth or referred to in an Agreement, our Agreement constitutes the sole and entire Agreement and understanding between the parties hereto as to the subject matter hero, and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, and understandings of every kind of nature between them as to such subject matter.
