Intro call with my COO and I

We’ll cover pricing, deliverables, logistics, and fit. If this isn’t right for you, I’ll tell you. We only have room for 1–2 clients new per month.

Private Slack channel, ClickUp or Notion for tracking, Frame.io for reviews, GHL, and all editing/design software.

Filming (3 methods)

• We hire a YouTube host to film for you (completely hands-off).

• We coordinate with a host you’ve found, or

• You film and upload to our team. We’ll finalize titles, scripts/outlines, and details with you.

Publishing & Optimization

We'll handle post-production, descriptions, titles, A/B tests, thumbnails, scheduling, and pinned comments. Everything is optimized for your goals: lead generation, specific CTAs, or brand growth.
