However, as a general guide, there are some issues you might want to consider before uploading your work. You need to make sure that you composed the music, wrote the lyrics, recorded and produced the track. If not, then you must have permission from the producer or record label that made the recording. You must have written permission from all copyright owners to use any samples contained in the track.
