The Game Sued For Assaulting Photographer Hired To Serve Court Papers
The Game is hit with a lawsuit filed by a photographer and process server hired to serve him papers for another lawsuit.
Sometimes one lawsuit begets another.
After he allegedly punched another player who happened to be an off-duty cop during a Pro-Am basketball game late last month, The Game has dug himself into a deeper hole by reportedly assaulting a process server and photographer who were hired to serve the rapper with papers stemming from the initial incident.
According to TMZ, Game is being hit with a lawsuit in which a photographer claims he suffered “severe back, neck and head injuries” and had his camera stolen by the rapper. The process server meanwhile dodged any harm by hiding out in his car.
The new lawsuit, filed by photographer Justin Willard, seeks compensation for the stolen property, medical bills, and associated damages. The process server is also suing for emotional damages.
